This year’s theme, “Healthy Diet Gawing Affordable for All,” focused on promoting nutritious yet budget-friendly meals for everyone. To celebrate, the school held various activities such as poster-making, slogan contests, cooking demos, and nutrition quizzes. Students and teachers actively participated, showing their creativity and support for the campaign. These activities helped strengthen the school community’s commitment to health and wellness. Nutrition Month is important because it reminds us to make healthy food choices and take care of our bodies. It promotes a healthier lifestyle and helps prevent malnutrition and related diseases through awareness and education.
